Custom PCB design from schematic capture to fabrication-ready Gerbers — and component-level repair of the boards nobody else will touch. Blown power rails, lifted pads, dead BGAs, obsolete hardware with no replacement left to buy. We diagnose to the component, not to the module.
Tell us what the board does, what it stopped doing, or what you need designed. We'll scope the work and give you a realistic read before anything ships.
Email Us To Book →Two halves of the same skill set. We lay out boards that survive manufacturing, and we repair the ones already in the field down to the individual component — with the measurements to prove the fault before anything gets desoldered.
From a napkin requirement or an existing board you need improved — to a documented design package your fab and assembler can build without a single clarifying email.
No power, no boot, intermittent faults, liquid damage, burnt sections — diagnosed to the failing component and repaired, including hardware you can no longer buy.
A fixed, documented path with a go/no-go decision point before you're committed to anything.
Usually yes. Most faults are found by measurement rather than documentation — rail-by-rail voltage and resistance checks, thermal imaging under current injection, and comparison against a known-good board where one exists. Where a section needs to be understood in detail, we trace it out and rebuild that part of the schematic ourselves.
Often. Options include harvesting the part from a donor board, substituting a functionally equivalent modern component, or designing a small adapter board that drops into the original footprint. Obsolete industrial and lab hardware is a large part of what comes across the bench — we'll tell you which route applies before you commit.
Yes. You get the native project sources, schematics, Gerbers, drill and pick-and-place files, BOM, and assembly documentation — the complete package, with no vendor lock-in. You can take it to any fab or assembler you like, including ones we've never worked with.
You get the diagnosis and the evidence behind it. Some failures — severely delaminated substrate, a burnt section taking out multiple inner layers, a dead one-off ASIC with no donor — genuinely aren't worth repairing, and we'll say so rather than billing bench hours against a lost cause. Where a redesign makes more sense than a repair, we'll scope that instead.
We handle prototype assembly and bring-up in house, and manage the fab and assembly relationship for larger runs so you're not translating between vendors. Volume production is built at a partner fab against the same documented package you own — you keep the files and the option to move.
